Sleep Yoga’s current roster of pillows consists of four designs: a multi-position body pillow, a dual-position neck pillow, a side-sleeper arm rest, and a shoulder posture cushion.   The body pillow consists of three connected, cylindrical-shaped cushions that total up to 8 x 8 x 54 inches, with a tri-section design that allows full-body support, whether you’re sitting or lying in bed.   The neck pillow is designed to support you when sleeping both on your back and on your side, while the side-sleeper arm rest aligns your joints, prevents shoulders from slouching, and reduces pressure on the arm during sleep. Strictly for back sleepers, the shoulder posture cushion is designed to draw shoulders back, expanding the chest and increasing oxygen flow throughout the course of the night. All of the pillows are designed to keep their shapes after multiple washes, ensuring they won’t clump or shift even after repeated use.
