Toilet Paper Becomes A Decorative Item With The Cloud Shelf

Want to make sure you never run out of toilet paper? Always keep a healthy stack in the bathroom. And while you can install any shelf or closet to keep multiple rolls in for safekeeping, we have a feeling the Cloud Toilet Paper Shelf will work much better.

Designed by French design duo Bertrand Jayr and Lyon Béton, it’s a wall shelf clad in the shape of the edge of a cloud. Pile your rolls on the curves, stack them a couple of levels, and the whole thing takes on the shape of a cloud, serving as a decorative bathroom item on top of the shelf’s storage utility.

When you’re running low on toilet paper rolls, the Cloud Toilet Paper Shelf isn’t likely to look like much of a cloud, giving you an instant reminder (incentive, if you like your clouds big and fluffy) to get a batch of fresh ones from the store. Of course, you can also use the shelf to hold other items, although rolled and round items (like rolled towels) should work best because of the shape.

Construction is concrete for the shelf, so it shouldn’t have any problem being mounted in a wet and damp bathroom. It comes in two versions: Cloud, which measures 29.3 x 3.94 x 6.69 inches (l x h x w) and weighs 8.6 pounds; and Cloud S, which measures 21.6 x 4.72 x 3.94 inches (l x h x w) and weighs 7 pounds.

Available now, the Cloud Toilet Paper Shelf is priced at $148 for Cloud S and $117 for Cloud.
