To The Center Of The Bedding Gives You A Geology Lesson… In Bed

Kids love playing in dirt, so we assume they’re going to like sleeping in it, too. Well, fake dirt anyway, in the case of To the Center of the Bedding, a bed set clad in the form of the Earth’s different geological layers.

Turning your bed into a basic geological lesson, it features a quilt made up of different materials, each one representing a different layer of the planet. Each layer is correspondingly labeled, complete with illustrations of the different minerals you can find there. At the top of the quilt sits the blue open sky, along with embroidered constellations to make everything look like a complete cross-section of the planet.

Aside from the quilt, To the Center of the Bedding comes with a similarly-designed sham pillow (embroidered and appliqued details), a shovel throw pillow (for digging your way to the center, of course), a volcano throw pillow (which is, fortunately, dormant), a dotted gray sheet set, and a dotted gray pillowcase set. Construction is cotton percale, linen, gauze, and corduroy for the quilt, with the rest of the ensemble made from 100% cotton.

Available exclusively from the Land of Nod, the full set of To the Center of the Bedding is priced at $456. Each piece is also available individually.
